Absolutely nothing says luxury like a dirty carpet and a toilet. I expected a kettle in the room but got nothing instead. Coffee cups? Forget about it! I almost thought about writing a good review, then realized I just couldn't due to all these absurd inadequacies!

Staff were really helpful and friendly. We asked to be moved to a room at the back of hotel for extra quiet at night, which they did without quibble. Comprehensive advice given about trams/buses including tickets for sale in hotel lobby. Food was typical European breakfast fare and tasty. Beds were really comfortable and rooms very clean. Would go back
Rooms at front of hotel were a tiny bit noisy (tram/traffic through the night) but when asked to be moved to back, this was done.

The tram station is literally right outside! The room was clean, but they really should have better pillows. No fridge either 🤷♂️

Very nice hotel, rooms have beautiful design, bathroom is very modern. The hotel staff is very friendly and speaks Russian, English and Chech. Breakfast was good. There is a tram next to the hotel so it is easy to get to the center in 15 minutes. Very good hotel- recommend to everyone!
Hotel can include warm food on the breakfast.

Great spot with a tram right outside. Rooms were clean and surprisingly soundproof! Slept like a baby, even with the tram nearby.
The pillows were thinner than my patience on a Monday morning! And where's the fridge? My snacks were not amused!

Comfortable room, clean bathroom, helpful staff, calm neighbourhood, good transport options, easy to get there by car. It was worth the money.
Far from the centre, Wenceslas Square is about a 15 min tram ride. Parking in front of the hotel is limited to 2 hours on weekdays, so had to leave the car a few blocks down the road. But that was really all; we were satisified with what we got.

Would be happy to recommend for a short layover.
Comfortable room, helpful staff, with a convenient tram stop just across the street, made it easy to explore the city.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Wireles internet doesent work in the whole hotel. Rooms, and the teras should be cleaner. The staff should at least try to look happy. I think dat for 50-60 euro a day you culd do better.

Enjoyed the place, had a really nice stay for compotable vacation. We had new-fashioned and newly renovated room with smoke detectors. The property's location was good and perfect, on how to get there from the airport. Further, it was really close to th outskirts of Prague, tram to central railways and bus stations, and a main train station;))

The spacious room featured effective air conditioning and a clean private bathroom. Daily housekeeping ensured fresh towels and a tidy environment. The pillows were a disappointment, lacking in comfort, and the absence of a fridge was inconvenient. The location was decent with multiple tram lines nearby, offering access to various attractions, though it did take some time to reach the center. Breakfast was satisfying, providing enough fuel for the day.

The overall decor of the hotel is superb and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is great and a superb start to the day. The hotel is a good distance from the centre, walkable but the number 9 tram takes you there on less than 10 minutes, the tram stop is right oitside the hotel makin this very easy. There are great food shops and little cafes in the area. Overall a brilliant hotel an great holiday
The only issue was smoke from another room filtered in to the bathroom and it smelt at times and the pillows were very thin!

Eyerything was good. The room was very nice and the bathroom as well. Everything was modern and i found noting bad in this hotel. The breakfast was enough so i was totaly full on the morning. Everything was clean and the service very good. The reception was very friendly and could help me in all reasons. I can recomande this Hotel defenetly. I was there as a couple and from the Hotel there is a direct tram line nb. 9 to the citycenter in 15 minutes and the trams are going in 5- 10 minutes during the day. Next trip in Prag will be in the same Hotel. From the airport it was also a very good connection around 1 hour you need to the hotel from the airport. Price only around 1€ for the ticket. Take Bus 119 than Metro A and than tram 16 and you will be there. Ask on the Airport and buy as well the ticket on the airport on the Metro ticket counter on the Exit Terminal 2 or Terminal 1. We loved this Hotel.
